recently i sprained my ankle bad while playing a basketball game.
now it is starting to get better and i can put more pressure on it so today i decided i should do p.e, so we did the locomotion outside and i tried doing the activities,
after the first few activities my ankle started hurting and it started throbbing so i sat out, i sat out because i didnt want to hurt it more so it can heal faster. i am trying to make sure it heals fast so i can join in p.e again.
