what i enjoyed about the course was being able to have a choice in what activities we get to do. A thing i would change would be, umm nothing i can really think of, everything is fair! What i bring to the class dynamic and contribute is my posotive attitude and a smile :)
I think my area of strength would be probably be like a curcuit at my own pace (a light run). My goal for the class is to stay active and eat healty.
When i participate i usually engage with a moderate intensity, but i hoping the more comfortable i get with moderate i will get into a higher intensity.
Perfect. You are pretty positive and very friendly... I see you talking with others and helping with stuff. The biggest are for improvement I think is your intensity. We need to be a little more comfortable with feeling uncomfortable. Keep working on it.. push yourself... recruit frieds to help you work hard... you can get there IF you really want to. :) Shoot me a letter grade.
